4.Molding and Cutting
1 The sheet material is carried by the automatic transporter.
The rolled sheet material is carried by the AGV unmanned automatic transporter and loaded into the molding machine. During transport the AGV hums a tune to warn people in the area that it is coming.
2 The sheet material is shaped by the molder.
The loaded sheet material is softened by heat and then clamped between the top and bottom dies to form the food containers.
3 The material is cut by the cutter.
Finally, the cutter cuts off the waste material to finish producing the food containers.
